Job Responsibilities:Support to the GMR2.1 in compliance to the implementation of machine-related statutory activities.Effective management of the quality of the execution of maintenance activities.Effective management of risk relating to technical change within the plant.Effective management of equipment and process risk, through engagement with the production teams in order to achieve the most effective balance of plant risk and output.Effective management of compliance to the shutdown schedule for the plant.Engagement with the Business Unit Head and Production Manager to realise the most effective balance of shutdown schedule compliance and plant output.Compilation of budgets for human, time, and cost resourcing, as per routine process.Compliance to the defined cost budgets (maintenance spend).Your Profile:BSc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Experience within the maintenance/engineering function in a heavy-industry environment – pulp and paper, steel processing, mining, etc.Government Certificate of Competency, Factories would be advantageous.ECSA Pr. Eng or Pr.
