Electrical Designer (E-Plan)

Job RequirementsGood candidates will have:2-5 years experience in electrical circuit and automation design of machinery and PLC EquipmentElectrical CAD package knowledge will be advantageous. E-plan P8 is preferred.Experience with Electrical Drives and MachineryQualification:B-Tech/B-Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualificationExperience in Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7, Alternate PLC programming software, Allen Bradley compact Logix will be an advantage but not a requirementJob dutiesDesign electrical circuits for automation systems according to prescribed standardsElectrical commissioning of equipmentElectrical Panel layoutProducing detailed electrical automation drawingsProvide technical support during building processes, customer support, support on imported equipment and technical support for technicians on-site.Provide Electrical documentationComponent sourcingSalaryR18 000 to R35 000
