Electrical Design Engineer

Minimum Requirements:Must have BEng/ BSc Degree in Electrical EngineeringMust be registered with ECSA Registration as Pr. EngBe in possession of a Project Management Certification (advantageous)Must have over 5 years' experience post qualification in the Building Services Sector with ECSA Registration OR over 12 years' experience post Matric in the Building Services Sector without tertiary qualification nor ECSA registration.Must be competent with Lighting, Small Power Design and Reticulation, UPS, Nurse Call, Transformer Installation, Emergency Power System Design, Fire Detection System Design, Public Address System Design and other Electrical Systems for Building Services.Be competent to run a project from condition assessment, inception up to project handover stage with minimal to no supervision (Stage 01 – 06)Strong analytical, literacy and numerical skills.Must have RELUX, AutoCAD, Ms. Projects as part of the Design Software.
