Job Description
As an Operations Manager at eKomi, you will play a pivotal role in integrating and managing our key operational areas: Human Resources, Information Technology, and Finance. Your expertise will influence strategic decisions and maintain operational excellence across these departments.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management:
Develop and refine HR strategies that complement our corporate goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, retention strategies, and employee development plans.
Manage employee relations and organizational structure.
IT Systems Oversight:
Supervise the IT department, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of information systems.
Lead technology upgrades and cybersecurity initiatives.
Facilitate the integration of IT solutions that support business objectives.
Financial Operations Control:
Oversee financial planning, budget management, and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with the executive team to analyze financial reports and optimize financial performance.
Cross-functional Leadership:
Promote synergy between the HR, IT, and Finance departments.
Implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, specifically with responsibilities in HR, IT, and finance.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Proficient in using IT systems and financial software.
