Mission Epiroc Electrification Solutions (EES) is leading the charge to electrify the underground hard rock mining industry. With solutions such as battery electrical vehicles, chargers, and other infrastructure products, we are looking for a driven individual to spearhead the expansion of Electrical Infrastructure Product Sales. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Support EES BLM in the development of Business Development and Sales Strategy, Market engagement Tactics Monitoring and Tracking of Sales Opportunities and Leads Regular Client visits, sales calls, and cold calling for expansion of product sales Engaging with all levels of customer organizations to develop a strong relationship and market knowledge on Epiroc Products and Services Supporting Service Administrators with the development of Quotations, Back Orders, and ETA's Managing customer expectations and delivery details Development and maintaining of sales leads, opportunities, and pipelines related to Epiroc Infrastructure products and services using the approved internal CRM Tools Management of end-to-end Order to Invoicing processes Support other EES Functions of the business when required Adhere to Epiroc Code of Conduct Adhere to Epiroc and site-specific safety rules and regulations Support on escalation of technical issues to the relevant product companies Competences, Skills and Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in a similar role. Track record of development and implementation of sales strategies Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information and value through the sales process Strong Technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems Computer literacy Good customer relations Good telephone manners and skills Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge of related products Interpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers and to work as part of the sales team Ability to demonstrate value proposition to customers based on product technical specifications Be able to manage and prioritize workload and backorders Must be willing to travel when required Educational Qualifications: Grade 12 BSc/BTech/BEng or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) Closing Date: 06 November 2024
