We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Center Manager to join our team in Bellville, Western Cape. This role is key in ensuring the smooth operation of our center and the successful marketing and delivery of our training programmes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication and sales skills, along with experience in skills development. Must have completed the Assessor/Moderator certificate.
Job Responsibilities Preparation of Center – ensure the center is always ready for facilitation, receiving students/learners and visitors at the center, manage reception and calls. Liaison with Head Office – ordering and dispatch of material, Attendance Registers submitted to Head Office, certificates of attendance, arrange parking if necessary. Assessments – act as invigilator for knowledge test, provide learner feedback, Admin of learner portfolio control, storing all competent portfolios, Uploads to Maximiser and SETA LMS, Constant follow-up and processing of documentation. Manage Facilitators and Assessors – ensure facilitator report back files are received, schedule facilitators per project, book out assessments to assessors. Stock Control – ensure enough stock of various requirements. Manage Finances – receive and manage petty cash, prepare Purchase Orders and submit all invoices to Finance Department. Marketing – ensure updated information of Edutel programmes is available, answer all related questions, solicit new clients/learners and conduct client visits. Project Management – manage all projects according to Project Plan. Administration – responsible for all administration in the office, prepare and submit reports. Minimum Requirements Driver's license with own, reliable transport. Matric certificate. Office Management certificate or diploma or Business Administration qualification or OD-ETDP qualification. 5 years' experience in skills development. 5 years' experience in management.
