Proven ability to execute strategic directives from senior leadership.
Strong organizational and operational skills, with a focus on academic processes and teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Implement academic operational tasks and strategies delegated by senior leadership.
Resolve unresolved student queries, ensuring efficient communication across departments.
Facilitate the Academic Forum, organizing meetings and tracking outcomes.
Manage institutional-wide training sessions and chair various committees.
Support compliance with quality assurance protocols and regulatory standards.
Lead initiatives to improve student retention and academic success, particularly for at-risk students.
Develop faculty training programs to enhance teaching effectiveness and support student achievement.
Monitor and analyze data to inform improvements in academic support services.
