Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and committed Educational Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). In this role, you will perform psychological assessments, provide comprehensive reports, and deliver targeted interventions, all through remote methods. The ideal candidate is well-versed in online platforms and comfortable working in a virtual setting to support educational professionals, students, and families.
Key Responsibilities Conduct remote assessments to identify the educational and psychological needs of children and young adults.
Develop and deliver detailed reports with clear recommendations for interventions.
Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure the successful implementation of interventions.
Use a variety of assessment tools and methodologies to support individualized educational planning.
Stay current with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in educational psychology.
Adhere to all HPCSA guidelines and ethical standards in professional practice.
Requirements A degree in Educational Psychology from an accredited institution.
Active registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Proven experience in conducting educational assessments and delivering interventions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to produce detailed and actionable reports.
Proficiency in using online platforms for virtual assessments and consultations.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
