Working closely with the Quality and Data Team will be a strong part of this role and will ensure effective tracking and monitoring of learner progress. Your day to day will range from ensuring the delivery of core curriculum objectives by using coach mentoring techniques and confidently supporting your team delivering and working to expected professional standards to leading by example by developing and maintaining a positive working environment for all.

You will be able to consistently support the ongoing professional growth for your team members, by identifying training needs and other development opportunities.

Qualifications needed You will hold a teaching qualification Education and Training Level 4, a mentor qualification or equivalent, or be willing to work towards within an agreed timeframe.

Working Hours The working hours for this role will be Monday to Friday and 37.5 hours per week.
