Position Title: Education Sales Specialist

Salary: 10,000 ZAR to 14,000 ZAR per month DOE
Working Rhythm: 9:30 AM to 8 PM UK, potential split shifts, weekend availability required (rota schedule)

Key Responsibilities Spend 80% of your day engaging with leads through calls, emails, and chats, providing tailored, value-driven conversations. Handle inbound inquiries, guide learners through the application process, and conduct outbound calls to convert high-priority leads. Follow up with leads, adapting strategies to drive them closer to enrollment. Track inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely responses within SLAs. Review and evaluate sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards. Provide feedback to improve sales effectiveness and participate in calibration sessions. Update FAQs, call scripts, and knowledge bases based on learner trends and feedback. Participate in training and performance reviews to meet KPIs and enhance performance. Use data to improve the enrollment process and report on lead behavior trends. Collaborate with teams to integrate new initiatives and improve sales materials. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales (bonus points if you have education, EdTech, or SaaS experience!). Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment, with the discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize high-impact activities without heavy oversight. Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities to interpret data and guide informed conversations. Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening; you'll need to adapt your approach to each learner, guiding them to the right program based on their unique career goals and motivations. High learnability and adaptability, with the ability to quickly master Nexford's program offerings and offer meaningful insights on areas for improvement. Strong self-discipline and professionalism, able to thrive in a role that requires resilience, flexibility, and the ability to handle complex learner queries with minimal supervision.
