Education & Logistics Training Manager

The Education & Logistics Training Manager is a dynamic, detail-oriented and innovative individual who will oversee the establishment, advancement and adoption of Transnova's LMS and all its content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's learning and development goals.In addition, the Education & Logistics Training Manager is responsible for managing all other content and knowledge documentation in the TMS division, including but not limited to knowledge articles used by an AI chatbot as reference data, SOPs, and general guides and manuals. In some cases, will be responsible for creating and/or updating such content, and in other cases, will ensure that the correct individual in the team does so and that the content is accurate and complete.Qualifications, Skills, Experience, and AttributesBachelor's Degree in Education – Senior Phase and FET, Instructional Design, Information TechnologyProven experience (ideally 3 - 5 years) in LMS and Transport Management Systems and other training-related technologyProven experience managing online training programs, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluationStrong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training deliveryExperience with learning analytics and reporting, including the ability to analyse data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisionsProven track record of developing engaging and effective e-learning content, including instructional design, multimedia development, and assessment creationAbility to work independently and responsibly, with no need for supervision and follow-ups from managersJob Type: Full-timeEducationBachelors (Preferred)ExperienceLearning Management Systems: 3 years (Preferred)LocationRosebank, Gauteng (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2024/08/30
