Minimum 10 Years building services experience Min qualifications: B Eng or B Tech Eng Registered with ECSA Good managerial skills to manage and build a regional team consisting of technical, administrative, and financial members Must have contactable references Good hands-on design skills, examples to be presented Have drawn-up tender Bills of quantities Capable to work on Auto CAD Schematic layouts of distribution boards and MCC's Good writing and communication skills Have attended and kept minutes for site meetings, project meetings, office and technical meetings Lives in Pretoria Energetic, ethical and well spoken, as to also attend to marketing and securing projects Able to travel nationally Self-driven and career-focused individuals who want to join a highly motivated and energetic team may please apply.
