Minimum Requirements:Matric (Grade 12)Bachelors degree (minimum) with Honours or Masters preferredProven track record of managing important enterprise software partnershipsWide range of Technology platform certificates such as Salesforce, Adobe, Google, Microsoft, etc.Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with technology partners, senior executives at clients, as well as internally with team members and colleaguesExperience of 5+ years in a senior role managing complex enterprise client accounts and partnershipsA strong understanding of enterprise software strategy, implementation, as well as emerging technology trendsProven track record in reaching sales and revenue targetsExperience with driving and upskilling initiatives among teams (desired but optional)Responsibilities:Drive alignment across the different CompanySong practices for market, industry, and account priorities while working closely with other areas of the CompanyBe accountable for Song Africa technology partner salesAlign with different Song practices to track necessary talent plans and resourcing needsContinuously drive internal Song skills and certifications for key technology partnersOwn strategic GTM relationships alongside the GTM strategiesCollaborate with account leads to drive technology adoption within client environments
