Let us be part of your solution.IntroductionWe currently have an opportunity for an Ecommerce Transport Ops Manager in the KZN region to manage the supply and performance of the transport to home delivery customers.ResponsibilitiesSLA performance management: Ensure Subbies perform and supply services in line with the business requirement of 98%.Risk adherence management: Ensure Subbies supply all risk-based documentation as per City Logistics requirements.Operational Efficiency: Measure and manage relevant metrics with appropriate reporting.Transport billing check and LMS input management: Ensure rates are correctly captured into LMS and all reporting is provided pertaining to buy and sell rates.Postal code management: Ensure postal codes are managed in LMS to ensure delivery to suitable areas.Shunting coordination: Ensure orders are collected on time from collection points.In-house management: Ensure onsite processes are adhered to by both customers and staff for accurate deliveries.On-route adherence: Ensure adoption, conformance, and completeness of all deliveries using the OnRoute system.Measureables:Subbie performance: 98% on time within deemed SLA.On time and correct reporting: 98% of weekly reports to be sent out.On time collection from customers: 98% of orders.Respect and Care: Always show respect, care for and treat everyone fairly, put people first.Integrity and Loyalty: Display loyalty, display integrity, do the right thing always!Can Do: Must have a can-do attitude, believe in yourself, and live out our values always.Continuous Improvement: Must be dedicated to continuous improvement, be innovative and constantly learning to keep ahead.Logistics / Supply Chain Qualification would be advantageous.Excellent elocution in English and presentation capabilities.MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Operating computer systems.Minimum 5 years' experience in management role / similar position.Available to be called out at any hour of the day or night to assist with situations.Able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
