Ecommerce Customer Care Manager

This luxury lingerie company is looking for an ecommerce customer care manager to join its team on a permanent basis. It is a multi-award-winning brand, offering high quality lingerie and nightwear. The company is going through a significant period of growth, so it's an exciting time to join the team!In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer care team. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to clients via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Additionally, you will manage the ecommerce Shopify website and work with the head of e-commerce to help improve site user experience.To be successful in the role, you will need to have experience with B2C customer interaction in an online or offline environment.
