A dedicated and passionate eCommerce Content Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of the clients website, including product catalogue management, loading of marketing content and the use of optimization tools. You are passionate about online, digital, eCommerce, websites and UX.

What's the role?
You will be responsible for:
Set up and maintain product catalogues - including product names, descriptions, attributes, images & videosSetup & maintain website navigation catalogue including categories and filteringMaintain website search & keywords to align with customer expectations, and drive conversionMaintain relevant user and company generated content and assist with product photography workflow in order to keep content repository up-to-date and relevantPerform regular QA & website audits to ensure website content is of the highest standardAssist with user testing as needed for any website enhancements or project implementationsRespond to issues or queries from customers, internal and/or external teams as neededConfigure campaigns, promotions & launches in line with the agreed marketing & content calendars

At least 3 years' experience in a similar positionMatric and related tertiary education in digital/eCommerceHigh-level understanding of web design and web analysisExperience with eCommerce platforms (such as Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, SAP Hybris, Salesforce), Google Analytics & SEOKnowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, display & affiliate marketingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Excel)Domain knowledge in eCommerce, retail, online advertising and/or analyticsStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
