Responsibilities: Supporting Business by ensuring all Ecommerce Finance deliverables are metCross training across all Ecommerce Finance ProcessesProcessing, reconciling, analyzing, and problem solving, specifically improving processes in the Customer Refunds spaceEnhancing, automating, streamlining & mapping processesPerforming quality checks in the process as agreedDriving standardization and global best practices within the organizationEnsuring SOPs are up to datePreparing Month End Recon/SupportEnsuring proper backups are in place for seamless service delivery to clientResolving Zendesk Tickets by investigating and processing customer online refundsCustomer service and query resolutionPayment allocation and settlementsReconciling and clearing of GLsSupporting Team LeaderReporting to businessApprovals and validationsDriving process improvementQualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: Diploma in FinanceMinimum 5 years' experience in a finance/operations roleCustomer service experienceSAP, Excel proficiencyPreferred Qualifications / Skills: Excellent, clear, and proficient communication with stakeholders at various levelsSound decision making in evaluating problemsAttention to detail and proactiveAdaptable to a changing work environmentAbility to investigate issues and take necessary resolution actionDeadline driven, can work both independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and great work ethicPerform to ethical standardsServe the customer and must be results drivenAbility to handle multiple tasksWhat can we offer?
