Due to our ongoing growth and expansion, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain control systems and instrumentation for industrial processes and facilities.Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and control system issues in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with project teams to specify requirements for control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions.Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on control and instrumentation systems.Develop and implement calibration procedures for instruments and control systems.Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Participate in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new control and instrumentation systems.Ensure adherence to industry standards and company procedures in all aspects of control and instrumentation engineering.Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in control and instrumentation engineering, preferably in a relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, energy, or process industries.Strong knowledge of control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA) and industrial instrumentation.Hands-on experience with installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments and control systems.Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Honeywell, Siemens).Understanding of safety and regulatory standards such as IEC, ISO, ATEX, or other relevant certifications.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.This position is located in Nelspruit.
