MANDATORY Skills, experience and training required:

Computer literacy is essential.
Previous experience in technical project management.
Knowledge of the kitchen or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 and Project management certifications or qualifications
5-8 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle required for on-site visits.

As a Technical Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

Coordinate and oversee client interactions, installer activities, and order processes.
Supervise on-site workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project guidelines.
Coordinate with various trades involved in installation, such as electricians and plumbers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Conduct regular quality inspections, maintaining compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during installation, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including photos, installation reports, and client feedback.
Address unforeseen challenges with innovative solutions to ensure project continuity.
Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring all workers follow industry regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with the design team to resolve discrepancies between the initial design and on-site requirements.
