Minimum 3 years' work experience in Interior Design Sales andProject Management experience The following will be advantageous to your application: A formal Interior Design Qualification. Qualifications in Sales or Interior Design. Design experience in the kitchen industry. Competencies required: Performance driven. Adaptable and comfortable dealing with regular change Resilient and stress tolerant Self-disciplined, displaying effective time management. Good interpersonal skills and empathic listening ability Quick decision-making ability Conceptual ability that is grounded in practicality. Above average problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of technical concepts Need to flourish in a fast-paced environment. Understanding the needs of clients and interpreting their ideas into creative designs. Radius of Responsibilities: Management of customer quotes, contracts, payments, and orders. Meeting sales & margin targets Design development and finalisation for clients. Project management of project from start to finish. Addressing any problems that might arise during the project. Keeping up to date with the latest technology and trends. Co-ordinating the supplier orders for the customer's project. Any other as required by the specific franchisee. As a design consultant you will normally earning a basic salary with some franchisees offering commission based on project sales and margins
