World leading earth moving equipment manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Earth Moving Equipment Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of earth moving equipment to clients in various industries.
This role requires a strong understanding of construction equipment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for earth moving equipment.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to educate clients on the features and benefits of our earth moving equipment.Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical support, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services and network with potential clients and partners.Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and product enhancements to inform strategic decision-making.Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the earth moving equipment or construction machinery industry.Strong knowledge of earth moving equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks, as well as their applications and technical specifications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and resilience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites, meetings, and industry events as needed.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
