Realise are recruiting for qualified Early YearsTrainer Assessors, covering learners across the Warwick and Worcester regions.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners to reachtheir goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or AEBshort courses. As the first point of contact for your learners you will providethe support they need to flourish through their learning journey with Realise.
Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your keyresponsibilities are likely to be:
- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face andremotely
- Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
- Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure thatthey have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career
- Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage thelearner journey
We are open to Trainee applications. We also welcome applications from full-time and part-time candidates. The Salary - If you are a Trainee with no teaching or assessingqualifications - £25,000
- If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - £27,500
- If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - £28,500
- You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You - A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalentis essential
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33,CAVA) would beadvantageous
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely.
- You can expect a two-stage interview process for this position, which will compromise of: a 30 minute phone call with the Line Manager to discuss the position, and a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where we will ask you to prepare and deliver a short microteach, shortly followed by competency and behavioural questions.
