This position is within the Citi MEA Early Career Talent Acquisition Team which comprises of Early Career recruitment and Program management. The job holder will support the development of a specific group of Citi's early career populations through its program lifecycle.The role also includes involvement with Regional and Global recruitment and development projects.The MEA Early Career Talent Acquisition team directly supports Citi businesses in the recruitment and Program management of Graduate, Apprenticeship and Management associate hires.Responsibilities:Support the development of a cohort of Citi's analyst, associate and apprenticeship populations through the management of well-executed programs.Act as the HR point of contact for the assigned population according to business area and/or geography.Support the mid and long term career development of the assigned population by providing career coaching.Ensure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journey.Partner with HR Generalists/Advisors and Employee Relations to solve any issues that develop within the assigned population.Partner with HR Generalists/Advisors and Regional Reward teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process.Ensure that all program participants and managers are fully trained and briefed on all aspects of the program life-cycle.Develop analyst mentoring schemes.Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the SSA Analyst and Internships programs.Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy.Act as a credible business expert on early career talent acquisition market trends.Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.Keep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline updated on a day-to-day basis.Plan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer events.Attend and lead the assessment centre wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholders.Support candidate engagement activity.Produce candidate MI/statistics for both the business and early career talent acquisition colleagues.Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for the assigned population.Support the Early Career Talent Acquisition team regionally and globally on development projects and initiatives.Source applicants, screen resumes, interview and assess candidates and provide list of qualified candidates to hiring managers.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.Qualifications:3-5 years of Early careers program management / learning and development experience.Process oriented, data driven with experience.Proactive, strong communicator with the ability to work across organizational boundaries in order to deliver.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Job Family Group: Human ResourcesJob Family:RecruitingTime Type:Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ('Citi') invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
