A highly successful boutique Private Equity firm is looking for an exceptional EA to support their founder – the culture is dynamic, yet calm, inclusive and professional.
Minimum 3 days in office.
(Our client would also consider candidates looking for a part-time 4 day week role) What you'll be doing day to day: Diary management: acting as a gatekeeper and 'go to' for the Founder and team Travel arrangements: UK and worldwide travel, booking business flights, organising private jet and helicopter landing slots Arranging investor meetings and compliance documents for new deals Preparing all meeting documentation, ensuring Board packs are completed for meetings Taking minutes in Board meetings once a month and distributing Building a close relationship with family business and Chairman's PA Updating and maintaining CRM system and contact database Managing social media / LinkedIn pages for the company and Founder Providing general operational and office management support to the team (expenses and HR) Managing office facilities; VC system, IT equipment, kitchen, utilities for the office and liaising with landlord Organising events, invitations, catering The skills you need to bring: Proven PA/EA experience and understanding of supporting UHNWIs and dignitaries Ability to remain calm under pressure and detail focused, meticulous attention to detail Highly organised and proactive approach Discretion and comfortable handing confidential information Ability to work on own initiative with a 'can do', positive attitude Excellent Outlook skills and MS Office (Microsoft Dynamics advantageous) An interest in business and in the process of a deal #J-18808-Ljbffr
