Minimum 3 days in office.(Our client would also consider candidates looking for a part-time 4 day week role)What you'll be doing day to day:Diary management: acting as a gatekeeper and 'go to' for the Founder and teamTravel arrangements: UK and worldwide travel, booking business flights, organising private jet and helicopter landing slotsArranging investor meetings and compliance documents for new dealsPreparing all meeting documentation, ensuring Board packs are completed for meetingsTaking minutes in Board meetings once a month and distributingBuilding a close relationship with family business and Chairman's PAUpdating and maintaining CRM system and contact databaseManaging social media / LinkedIn pages for the company and FounderProviding general operational and office management support to the team (expenses and HR) Managing office facilities; VC system, IT equipment, kitchen, utilities for the office and liaising with landlordOrganising events, invitations, cateringThe skills you need to bring:Proven PA/EA experience and understanding of supporting UHNWIs and dignitariesAbility to remain calm under pressure and detail focused, meticulous attention to detailHighly organised and proactive approachDiscretion and comfortable handing confidential informationAbility to work on own initiative with a 'can do', positive attitudeExcellent Outlook skills and MS Office (Microsoft Dynamics advantageous)An interest in business and in the process of a deal
