A leading strategic communications firm is looking for an exceptional EA to support 2 founding Partners. This is a broad role residing at the centre of the company that will suit someone who's prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved at all levels.
Based in beautiful offices in SW1, 4 days in office/1 WFH with flexibility required in very busy periods.
What you'll be doing day to day:EA support – coordinating diaries and meetings, understanding and juggling competing priorities, providing admin support and assisting with ad hoc tasksClient support – responding to enquiries, updating documents for clients and ensuring seamless communicationSpecial projects – overseeing key company initiatives, including event planning for annual and seasonal activitiesSupplier management – managing relationships with key suppliers and platforms, including media subscriptionsThe skills you need to bring:Proven experience in a demanding business support role, ideally gained in a marketing agency, but not essentialOutstanding organisational skills with the ability to respond to spontaneous scenariosConfident communication skills with excellent written ability and superb attention to detailEnergy, discretion, diplomacy and integrityHigh EQ and IQAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in PowerPointA positive, proactive, flexible and hands-on approach+ bonus
