E-Plan Designer

Description Our client in the Manufacturing industry is currently looking to employ an E-plan Designer in Port Elizabeth. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you! Requirements: National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) advantageous.1 + Years' experience in E-Plan – Experience in creating E-plan drawings essential.Strong understanding of electrical processes and knowledge of SANS 10142.Electrical panel building skills.Excellent communication skills.Good presentational skills.Intermediate MS Office proficiency.Driver's License and own transport essential.Excellent time management skills.Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Development of control concepts for Automation systems based on RFQ's.Develop detailed bill of materials from control concepts.Document the control concept in E-Plan software.Continually improve design philosophy based on international and local electrical standards.Apply electrical principles to ensure sound operation of company projects.Disciplined and organized.Team player who understands the importance of transparency of tasks, progress and reviewing completed tasks as a team to ensure quality.Flexible and able to work overtime on short notice.Detail driven and goal oriented.Please note should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
