Are you someone who can: Create engaging scripts for e-learning, using materials provided by Subject Matter Experts (SME) and other clients.Manage scripts and courseware, including the internal and external review processes of content.Recommend appropriate instructional methods based on content analysis.Create supplemental materials, including scripts for audio, video, and animations.Support Learning Manager in the design and development of projects.Create training materials that meet instructional design principles and customer requirements.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments and industry best practices.Establish corporate standards and guidelines for content management.Engage in the full content management lifecycle.Analyse opportunities for content needs and changes.Drive quality control of content by ensuring adherence to policies.Design and implement metadata, proofread and self-edit content.Develop both static and dynamic multimedia using InDesign or appropriate tools.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have completed a relevant undergraduate degree.Have at least 4-5 years of content development experience.Have experience with data analytics tools to measure effectiveness.Possess client and project management skills.Have superior communication skills.Have experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Are proficient with Microsoft Suite.Have experience with various Learning Authoring tools.You will have access to: Challenging work in a compliance environment.Opportunities to innovate and create efficiencies.Exposure to South African and broader Africa operations.We can be a match if you are: Obsessed with developing content outlines, storyboards, and prototypes.Eager to collaborate with other content developers and stakeholders.Skilled at managing and updating content inventory and workflow.Excited about evaluating and measuring content performance.Curious about keeping up with trends in content development and digital media.Are you interested to take the step?
