The eCommerce Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online retail operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the trading performance of our EMEA e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing sales growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT, to develop and execute strategies that enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and overall user engagement.
Your expertise in market trends, consumer behavior, and digital merchandising will enable you to curate product assortments, create compelling promotions, and fine-tune pricing strategies.
Monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing sales data, and conducting competitor analysis will be essential to continuously refine your online trading strategies.
The role demands a keen analytical mindset, a creative flair for online merchandising, and a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.The position will be responsible for:Driving trade to meet financial and customer experience targetsPlanning and implementing the digital trade calendar, including localization of content and messagingEnsuring all products are available online and working with allocation to ensure healthy stock levelsWorking within the website platform to merchandise product and set-up content, collections, website promotions and price updatesTesting and exploring new ways to drive trade through A/B testingReporting and insights on performance with a focus on actions to continuously improveWorking closely with eCommerce CX and Online Fulfilment to create best-in-class, end-to-end customer experiences and improved retention ratesSkills & Attributes:Experience with Shopify eCommerce platformAdvanced Excel experienceCommercial acumenOnline merchandisingProblem solving and analytical mindsetBachelor's degree in commerce or similarWe believe in supporting diverse cultures and harnessing the unique knowledge and experience of our team.
