Looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join our client's company based in Johannesburg
Our client, a leader in the Wholesale industry, is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager with strong experience in the retail industry to form part of their E-Commerce division and be responsible for enhancing the organization's support to their online focused retail (national and global) specialist clients.
Responsibilities:
Plan and drive all sales across retailer websites and work closely with the ecommerce team to deliver short- and long-term E-Commerce growth strategiesWorking closely with the Marketing team to strategically plan and forecast promotional productsEnsure 360 communications and alignment of instore and online activityWork with E-tailers and CRM team to build CRM campaigns to drive loyalty and engagementMonitor and report on E-tailers and instore activity, and work with teams to drive salesOrganise regular strategy meetings to deliver vision and objectives for upcoming periods per accountCampaign and marketing strategies through the development, coordination and use of online promotional campaigns in the B2C E-Commerce space.Analysis and reporting on E-Commerce metrics such as retailer's website performance and traffic, social media engagements, opt-ins and conversion rates.Oversee all digital media efforts to efficiently and effectively reach the correct target audience for each product segment.Preparing weekly and monthly business reports and presentationsRequirements:
Experience in a result driven E-Commerce online environmentIn-depth experience and knowledge of E-tail landscapeStrong numerical and analytical skillsExperience managing a teamPassion/ understanding of the products offered within the business3+ years of experience managing E-Commerce retail interactionsBachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications negotiableGoogle Analytics Certifications an advantageProficiency in website CMS and CRM tools like Microsoft DynamicsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
