E-Commerce Manager - North West

We are excited to be partnering with a leading FMCG company renowned for delivering high-quality products to customers across the UK and beyond!As the business continues to grow, its e-commerce channel is pivotal to its success, and this person will be tasked with taking the channel to the next level.Your Key Responsibilities:– Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to maximise online sales and profitability.– Manage and optimise presence on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and direct-to-consumer websites (via Shopify).– Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.– Analyse customer data and e-commerce KPIs to drive performance improvements and enhance the customer journey.– Collaborate with the supply chain, marketing, and product teams to ensure stock availability and compelling online merchandising.– Identify and act on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the e-commerce space.What We're Looking For:– Proven experience in e-commerce management within the FMCG sector or a similar fast-paced industry.– Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and Google Analytics).– Demonstrated success in managing and growing third-party marketplaces.– Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.– Excellent leadership and communication skills.– A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a passion for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
