Munks and Me are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Customer Service Extraordinaire to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate with proven e-commerce experience, to join the business during an exciting time in the company's expansion and grow with the business.
In this role you will be the primary contact for all pre and post sales enquiries, so the ability to multitask and communicate, quickly, clearly and in a friendly and empathetic manner with our customers, is essential.
Job Requirements and Role Responsibilities:
Handling all customer queries via email, live chat and social media channels
Manage shipping inquiries, creating labels, pick lists and claims
Manage all Collaboration requests and track each project
Work with Interior Designers in taking creative project briefs and liaise with internal stakeholders
Track all Interior Designer and B2B projects for content post project
Manage and provide internal teams with creative assets from customer reviews, collaborations, Interior Designer projects etc
Source new Interior Designers and grow database
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years customer service experience, ideally with a premium/luxury brand
An E-Commerce background or recent E-Commerce experience
Friendly and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced skills using MS Office Suite and Google applications (Mail, Calendars, Drive)
A natural problem solver with an "I can resolve anything" approach to customer service
The ability to communicate confidently with international/multicultural customers and businesses
A quick learner with the ability to absorb information on the brand, our products and services
A passion for Interior Design and creative projects
Advantageous:
Shopify knowledge
An understanding of Wallpaper and the printing and installation process
Accounting Software (Xero, Sage etc) – creating customer accounts and sending quotes, invoices and statements
CRM and/or Social Media Management software
Shipping knowledge (UPS, DHL etc) – creating shipping labels, arranging collections and handling claims
Can interpret architectural drawings/plans, to calculate the required wall coverage of the design/mural
Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of IG, FB, TikTok, Pinterest
Creative – have a "creative eye" and can interpret designs, colours, room spaces and layouts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R18000,00 - R20000,00 per month
