Hire Resolve's client is looking for an E-Commerce Content Editor to join their dynamic team, in Sandton, Johannesburg.
As an E-Commerce Content Editor, you need to be motivated by delighting customers with your content as well as pre- and post-sale support.
You are quality oriented with experience in digital content creation and customer service, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
Responsibilities: As a member of Cycle Lab's online team your primary duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Content Creation Writing product descriptions Editing images Publishing products to the website Creating & uploading multiple pre-owned club product pieces daily Order Management Website order allocations.
The online team manages the inflow of online orders and is responsible for various checks, customer communications and allocation to stores for fulfilment.
Invoice digital gift cards.
Support retail stores with online orders & online related queries Customer Service Monitor the website query channel and direct or respond to queries.
Provide telephonic support to physical stores and customers related to online orders.
Customer queries (order tracking, gift card issues, payment queries, refunds, collections, complaints) Website Shopkeeping Homepage "shopkeeping".
Daily monitoring and updating website banners and products to keep the website fresh and aligned with current marketing campaigns.
Setup promotions/pricing, bundle deals and shop categories within the website admin panel.
Identify and rectify online content issues.
Continuously strive to improve the quality of the content published online for each product.
Close deals – make sure a sale follows a customer query received in the online space, from LiveChat, Make us an Offer, Abandoned Carts etc.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Management and/or Digital Marketing or a related field Although not compulsory, having some, or all the following experience would be advantageous.
Being an active golfer or at least having an interest and understanding of the game would be a significant advantage.
Two years' experience within one of the following: Website management/ecommerce, Customer Service and Retail.
