Candidate requirements:A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12)A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageousHome language must be Afrikaans and be fluent in English, with exceptional writing and communication skillsAt least 4 years experience in direct customer service in an e-commerce, hospitality, and/or tourism environmentExperience in managing teams and staff membersExperience in using customer support software such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, Helpdesk, etc.Demonstrates a target-oriented and performance-driven attitudeAbility to adapt to and implement change effectivelyBe able to perform under pressure and high levels of energyAble to Problem Solve and be a forward thinkerGood admin skills are necessary
