Employment Type : 3 month trial progressing to fixed-term contract Required Experience, Skills, Values & Qualifications : Successfully completed NQF Level 4/Matric/Grade 12 or Equivalent.
Fluent in speaking, writing and understanding English Minimum 2 years experience in the ICT industry Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce (preferably Shopify) Excellent knowledge of consumer electronics Experience at an online marketplace advantageous Experience in dropshipping advantageous General knowledge of copywriting, keyword research and SEO best practices Computer literacy and PC skills Ability to effectively navigate and use a Windows based device Word processors : Proper formatting, typing up of documents Presentation programs :Putting together basic, neat presentations Emails :Sending/receiving emails, out of office settings, schedulingmeetings, attachments Video conferences :: Sending/receiving messages, joining conference calls CRM :Data capture, maintenance and reporting General retail skills and product knowledge Basic knowledge of GSuite, including but not limited to Google Sheets and Google Docs Flexibility to work rotational shifts Ability to work from home if necessary : High speed internet, laptop and smartphone.
