Role Description
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce and Brand Marketing Manager to drive growth for one of our client brands through owning marketing initiatives and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and enhancing customer retention. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the growth and success of the client brand and help manage resources on the team at Keen servicing the client.
Responsibilities: Collaborate and own the marketing calendar, communicating with agency partnersManage promotion campaigns and analyze data to optimize performanceDevelop and manage email and SMS campaigns and flowsManage loyalty and referral programs to drive customer retentionDevelop and implement retention strategies through customer data analysis and experience enhancementsOversee selling platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, wholesale platforms, Amazon storefront) and optimize user experienceManage product listing, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platformsOptimize selling platforms for conversion and user engagementDevelop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankingsConduct keyword research and optimize content for search performanceMonitor traffic, search performance, and other key metricsDevelop and execute ad creative and growth strategiesUtilize growth channels such as TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and Shopify to drive brand awareness and salesResponsible key performance indicators (KPIs) including repeat purchase rate, lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), sales growth, cart abandonment rate, organic traffic growth, search engine ranking, click-through rate, and bounce rateRequirements: Expertise in retention marketing, email/SMS campaigns, and loyalty programsExperience in managing e-commerce platforms and optimizing user experienceExperience growing e-commerce brands including scaling through organic and paid channelsStrong background in brand creative best practices, you know what works and doesn't work in Brand MarketingManagement experience in directly managing e-commerce and marketing team membersKnowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimizationStrong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insightsExperience in digital marketing and creative strategyKnowledge of growth channels like TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and ShopifyAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt to the brand voiceAbility to creatively solve problems and adapt to changing circumstancesExperience managing KPIs across key marketing verticals shown aboveBenefits: Hybrid remote/in-officeBirthday offProfessional development & training opportunities& More being added!
