Our client is recruiting for an Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join their team based in Cape Town.
Job Purpose:The Dynamics CRM Consultant will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client's processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM implementation.
Responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering sessionsDocumentation of business processes and requirementsLead the development of Use Cases and Design document artifacts to effectively convey requirementsConfiguration of Dynamics CRMTest script creation, planning and executionTrain documentation creationDelivery of on-site and virtual training sessionsDocumentation of Data Mapping for integration and migration tasksRequirements:Professional experience of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, PortalsProfessional experience of Microsoft Power Platform and pluginsProfessional experience of the methods and tools used to customize and extend Dynamics 365 solutionsExperience in Power Platform (Power Apps Portals, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Common Data ServiceStrong workshop, facilitation and presentations skillsGood understanding of DevOpsGood understanding of testing methodologiesCertifications – Six Sigma, Lean, Agile desirableWork proficiency in English requiredSalary:Market Related
