Responsibilities Reporting to the Solution Director, the Business Analyst is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical practitioner with the knowledge of a wide range of tools and techniques, along with experience of deploying them in a range of contexts. This role is focused on maintaining and further developing an environment that supports the business needs of its stakeholders. This role possesses refined interpersonal skills and can work under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities Liaises and builds relationships with stakeholders to understand business issues. Liaises and builds relationships with external consultants to help with business issues. Assists with stakeholder capturing requirements in line with business needs, facilitates defining and delivering appropriate solutions to meet those requirements. Maintains open communication channels with all stakeholders. Ensures ongoing consistency of understanding business needs, objectives, priorities, and requirements. Assists with design, build, implement, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/F&O solutions with other systems. Assists with configuring workflows, dashboards, forms, views and build standard or custom reports. Assists with migrating legal entities into Microsoft Dynamics 365. Assists with resolving business as usual items. Will work cross functionally to create and maintain technical documentation
Data Stewardship and Oversight Be able to identity questions such as: What data do we have? Where is the data? What is the quality of the data? Who owns the data? Who is responsible for each step of the data journey from start to finish? What happened to the data as it transitioned from raw to insightful?
Knowledge & Experience Experience working as part of a team, assisting with system integrations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technical development work Understanding of best practices for common ITIL processes (e.g., release, problem, transition) Demonstrates increasing levels of ownership and accountability for results in the workplace. Demonstrates increasing levels of positive impact with colleagues, clients, partners, managers, leaders, and the company. Demonstrates the ability to perform work that is increasingly more complex, scale and impact of issues, opportunities, tasks, and processes. Demonstrates increasing skills and positive behaviors that effectively work with the required level of impact in the company. Demonstrates increasing responsibility for developing and applying knowledge to achieve individual and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and business workflows. 5+ years related experience working with ERP services in a mid-sized enterprise. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field Experience in technology assessment
