Location: South Africa (Remote)Salary: R11,000 per month for part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time at R22,000 per month.Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce? Join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our online stores. From managing product listings to engaging with customers and handling logistics, you'll ensure smooth and efficient processes on platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.Key Responsibilities: Amazon Account Management: Fulfil orders, manage inventory, resolve issues, and optimize product listings. Shopify Store Management: Fulfil orders, restock inventory, manage promotions, and optimize listings. Basic Graphic Design: Create visuals using Canva for products and marketing content. Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and manage ad campaigns. Customer Communication: Handle inquiries and provide order updates. Third-Party Communication: Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries. Administrative Tasks: Proofread documents, manage spreadsheets, and prepare reports. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. Basic graphic design skills, especially with Canva. Social media management experience, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Strong customer service background, particularly in e-commerce support. Key Skills and Qualities: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset, especially in handling customer and logistics issues. Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and platforms. Required Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role. Proficient in CRM systems and sales software tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management. Equipment Requirements: Reliable internet connection. Computer or laptop capable of running sales software and communication tools. Workspace conducive to remote work and collaboration.
