Key Responsibilities: Amazon Account Management: Fulfil orders, manage inventory, resolve issues, and optimize product listings.
Shopify Store Management: Fulfil orders, restock inventory, manage promotions, and optimize listings.
Basic Graphic Design: Create visuals using Canva for products and marketing content.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and manage ad campaigns.
Customer Communication: Handle inquiries and provide order updates.
Third-Party Communication: Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Administrative Tasks: Proofread documents, manage spreadsheets, and prepare reports.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
Basic graphic design skills, especially with Canva.
Social media management experience, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
