What You'll Be Managing: Overseeing daily operations to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Ensuring an unforgettable guest experience – from the moment they arrive until their departure. Resolving guest queries and handling feedback with professionalism and flair. Managing staff, coordinating shifts, and keeping the team motivated and focused. Ensuring top-notch service standards across all departments. Stepping in to assist with front-of-house duties when needed. What You'll Bring to the Estate: Previous experience in a Duty Manager or similar role in a luxury setting. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills – you're a team player and a problem-solver. Ability to work flexible hours and handle the hustle of a busy estate.
