You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet company goals.Responsibilities:Ensure the highest standards are kept in guest service, cleanliness and maintenance standardsMonitors Guest Relations employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognitionOversee all Guest Relations processesAssist in employee relations processesAble to carry out and complete all duties responsible for a Guest Relations Officer and Night AuditorAttend morning meetingsAble to compile the roster, roster managementSet up and create training for all new recruited Guest Relations OfficersEnsure that all guest queries are taken and processed in a speedy and efficient mannerEnsures that all Guest Relations Officers adhere to the established policies and procedures of the estateEnsure attention to detail in all tasks givenEnsure all Guest Relations Officers are trained according to establishment's standardsRequirements:Hospitality Management/Tourism qualification advantagePreferably 2 -3 years previous experience working at the front deskPassionate about the hospitality industryExcellent interpersonal- & communication skills, written and verbal.Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religionsAble to deal with very distinguished clienteleMust be well-presentedHonesty, Flexibility and AccountabilityFriendly, helpful and outgoingProfessional manner and attitudeNatural warmth and friendlinessGood basic computer & administration skillsFlexible to work night shifts
