Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 plus diploma/certificate in Hospitality Industry/Tourism Preferably 2 -3 years previous experience working at the front desk Passionate about the hospitality industry Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions Able to deal with very distinguished clientele Must be well-presented Honesty, Flexibility and Accountability Friendly, helpful and outgoing Professional manner and attitude Natural warmth and friendliness Punctual & self-disciplined Extreme attention to detail Good basic computer & administration skills Flexible to work night shifts This is a live-out role.
