Job Title: Duty ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Zeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our self-catering property, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage the property's day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and financial management.Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the owners to achieve business objectives and growth.Requirements:5-10 years of practical operational experience in a self-catering, safari lodge, hotel, or resort environment.Minimum 2-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule and motivate a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary range of R 10,000.00 - R 15,000.00 CTC.Single status accommodation.Please note that if you have not received notice of being a shortlisted candidate within 3 weeks of the advertisement date, please deem the application as unsuccessful.
