Duty Manager

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism Proficiency in hotel/lodge management software e.g. PlusPoint and Opera Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
