We are seeking a dynamic Duty Manager/Host who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in the luxurious atmosphere of Camps Bay.

The ideal candidate will possess: Strong Leadership Skills: Lead by example and inspire your team to uphold the highest service standards.
Exceptional Communication Abilities: Engage with guests and staff effectively, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Operational Expertise: Manage daily hotel operations, swiftly resolving guest issues while maintaining a focus on excellence.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Be available for various shifts, demonstrating a willingness to meet the demands of a dynamic environment.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Utilize technology to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Qualifications in the hospitality industry preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment is essential.
Familiarity with all duties and procedures in the Front Office/Reservations Department.
Experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is required.
