Duty Manager (Concierge)

Apart style Hotels in the vibrant Sea Point seeks 3x Duty Manager (Concierge) to assist the team with the following duties but not limited to:
Copy Handover, read Handover, update as you go
Create daily Cleaning Schedule
Complete a daily Key Audit (Guest Keys, Spare Keys, HSK Keys)
Check all guest messages (Hostfully & WhatsApp)
Follow up on all Handover Notes and mark as DONE as you complete tasks.
Follow up on Maintenance Notes and mark REPAIRED as we complete tasks.
Assign cleaning tasks to teams:
Public area cleaning:
Stocktaking duties:
Ad-hoc duties:
Linen counts:
Arrange collection/ delivery of linen and communicate with outsourced companies.
Ensure smooth guest checkouts
Maintain control of daily operation by easy, quick, effective team communications.
Carry out inspections and demand room standards are adhered to.
Assist in-house guests timeously with any service requests and queries.
Prepare for Arrivals and check all correspondence.
Ensure sleek check-in process according to procedure
