Duty Manager - 5* Lodge In Eastern Cape

A 5* Game Lodge is looking to employ a Duty Manager with the following requirements:

5* Game Lodge experience essential in a duty management role All rounder with either F&B or front office management experience in 4/5* environments Accustomed to dealing with high-end guests and their needs Opera and Micros experience is a distinct advantage Willing to work shifts and weekends, be a team player Driver's license essential and PDP an advantage DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE LISTED ABOVE.
