Your key job responsibilities as the Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor in Cape Town, South Africa : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Understand clients' needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to maximise their experience with our media offerings Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients promptly and professionally, striving for swift issue resolution.
