In this exciting Dutch IT Desktop Support speaker job, you will be working in 1st and 2nd line technical support, logging and tracking incidents and requests. You will be offering remote support to customers and troubleshooting network related issues, particularly pertaining to LAN, WAN and telephone related issues.
